Well hello again!  I'm back to review one of my favourite brands, Wolford!  They're one of the world's leading hosiery brands founded in 1949.  Their designs are always innovative and high quality, maximum comfort (like silk against your skin) and most definitely timeless elegance.  This is many of the reasons why I have a vast collection of their hosiery and bodysuits.

Wolford Lucia Socks Review - with Givenchy Sheer Tights

Wolford are one of the world's leading hosiery, lingerie and ready-to-wear brands founded in 1949.  Their designs are always innovative designs, high quality, maximum comfort and most definitely timeless elegance.  Based on their circular knitting technique Wolford has produced garments which give the wearer the unique feeling of slipping into a 'second skin'.

After a short break from blogging; I actually cannot wait to to show you the beautiful Wolford Lucia socks ❤   (I've been helping my mum recover from a full hysterectomy and also been sick myself).

Things to do in Sorrento - Isle of Capri

So this is a post that I have been meaning to put on for ages, and I think now is the perfect timing!  (Seen as I've been sick lately...and I'm now taking antibiotics; which are also making me vomit!)  So I'm really sorry about the lack of updates lately ❤

Lately I'm finding myself lusting over my pictures from Sorrento and missing the warmth of the sun and of course the people!  That is when I realised...why have I not put up my pictures from the Isle of Capri?! Prior to going to Sorrento, my partner and I had arranged a 'plan' and on them plans was the Almafi Coast, the Isle of Capri and of course the amazing Pompeii (you can see my blog post about it here)

Adrian - Dora Tights Review

The lovely Laddernot team have kindly sent me a pair of tights from a Polish brand called Adrian to try.

Adrian is a Polish tights company and was established in 1984 and are currently the second largest hosiery factory in Poland.  They pride themselves on producing high quality products and produce almost 1 million pairs of tights and socks a month!

#Updateyourlegs Wolford Grand Finale - in The Eternal City of Rome

I want to start by saying a massive thank you to everyone who supported me in Wolford's 'Update your legs' contest. 

I had an amazing time in the magical Eternal city of Rome and made some true friends.

I was greeted at the Grand Hotel Plaza in Rome by the other winner Maria and Marta from Wolford, who handed me this very warm welcoming letter.  This letter finally made me realise that 'wow I really have won the competition' because I still couldn't believe it, that I could actually win a competition ran by a company that inspires me!

My Sorrento Escape

So back in January my partner and I booked a holiday to Sorrento with Kuoni in Liverpool One and at the time it seemed a million miles away.  But as we all know time flies and at last my holiday was here and it was definitely worth the wait ❤ 

We stayed in the Grand Hotel De La Ville for 5 beautiful nights on a half board basis and within seconds of being here we definitely did not regret Kuoni's choice on the hotel.  The location of the hotel was amazing as it was literally within a 2 minute walk from the town centre and the train station.  This definitely came in handy for our trips to the Isle of Capri, Almafi Coast, Pompeii and to Positano.  The food in the hotel was also perfect as I am an extremely fussy vegetarian and was worried as to whether they would cater for me, but they had a varied selection including different types of pasta, pizza and omelette.  Do you ever worry over silly things too?
